Financial Options

As a service to our patients, our practice accepts most dental insurance programs, including:

We are not part of any managed care network; your dental insurance policy is between you (subscriber) and your insurance company. You are responsible for any costs not covered by your insurance company should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated.

Our staff is happy to submit pre-authorization forms to your insurance company for needed procedures; this allows us to estimate what the insurance company may pay and what you may be responsible for after the insurance company pays its part.

The fees charged for services rendered to our insured patients are the usual and customary fees charged to all our patients for similar services. Your policy may base its allowances on a fixed fee schedule, which may or may not match our usual fees. Different insurance companies provide differing amounts of coverage for the same or similar services, so it’s essential to understand your dental insurance coverage before your visit.

Our insurance billing team members will happily sit with you and explain anything you don’t understand. They will answer any questions about dental financing and payment options at our practice.

We offer the following financing options:

• CareCredit® Offers no interest financing or low minimum monthly payment options that fit most budgets. In only three simple steps, you will know if you’re approved for CareCredit® financing by following the CareCredit® link.
• Sunbit (“Smile now, pay over time”) allows flexible payment plans starting at zero interest; Sunbit will finance procedures as low as $50, and 85% of patients who apply for Sunbit are approved. Apply for Sunbit here.

We are currently offering $500 off SureSmile® Clear Aligner therapy and a no-cost sleep apnea consultation. Please let our front desk team know if you are interested in either of these options when scheduling.
